What do your fees cover?
The fees listed on our website covers the preparation costs of your application(s). Any third-party costs incurred (state medical boards, license verifications, DEA, FCVS etc.) will be billed separately and must be paid before your application will be submitted.
How soon will I be contacted once I submit my initial inquiry?
Once your application is received our licensing/credentialing specialists will contact you within 48 business hours.
How long will it take you to complete my application?
If all of your in-take forms are properly completed with all supplemental documents, application turnaround is typically 5-7 business days. If any verification is necessary for medical schools or post-grad programs this could prolong application turnaround.
How long will the licensing process take once you have submitted my application?
Processing tines will vary from state to state once your application has been submitted and all fees have been paid.
What can delay my license from being issued?
Reasons your license issuance may be delayed include but are not limied to:
- Any adverse actions or any unusual situations with a medical school, hospital, licensing board, etc.
- If you’ve ever been charged with or found guilty of a violation of any federal, state or local statues.
- Failure to provide truthful information on your in-take questionnaire.
- If you answer yes to any questions concerning substance use, malpractice suites, or insurance fraud.
